You have 2 appointment options:

Biomechanical ANALYSIS: FIRST appointment (60–75 min) €95

Biomechanical CHECK-UP: Annual check-up of your BORGinsole podiatric insoles provided by our centre
(30–45 min) €50

• If your last CHECK-UP of your podiatric insoles was more than 3 years ago, and/or you would like to have a complete new analysis, please choose option 1.

• If your podiatric insoles need to be adjusted (additional wear layer, additional correction, etc.), a €25 supplement will be charged on top of the check-up fee.

• If a new 3D foot scan is required in order to renew your podiatric insoles, a €25 supplement will be charged on top of the check-up fee.

• Your appointment is only considered confirmed once you have received our appointment confirmation email.

• Payment at the practice can be made by cash (exact amount, please) or Payconiq.
  Bank cards are not accepted!

• Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full appointment fee.

• We do not provide foot care services, such as treatment of ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, silicone toe devices, etc., nor do we perform diabetic foot screening (diabetes care pathway).

• From the age of 7, we recommend a biomechanical analysis to determine whether or not podiatric insoles are indicated.

• You can visit us without a referral.

• For high-risk patients with systemic conditions (for example diabetes, rheumatism, neurological disorders, etc.), a doctor’s prescription is required for podiatric insoles (not for standard support insoles). Please bring this prescription with you. Without a prescription, we are not legally permitted to provide treatment.

• Do you wear safety shoes? You may not simply use your private insoles in safety footwear. You are entitled to safety insoles (Personal Protective Equipment – PPE). Please check this with your employer first.

• Please do not call our PODIATRIC insoles “support insoles”! They are not the same thing.
